比較:

	7house	housingmaps
美感	就如同一般搜尋網站，簡單呈現出選單，沒有令人感到特別之處。	畫面如同GOOGLE　ＭＡＰ，美感較低。
直覺性	我發現網站並無法快速了解租金，照片太過於少，資料也不夠完整，無法清楚了解房屋資訊。	使用地圖呈現租屋資訊，讓人很快速的找到理想的房子，並且能輕易判斷方位以及了解附近交通便利度。
流暢	流暢度普通，與一般１０４人力銀行差不多。	利用地圖尋找，流暢度大大提升，不過如果租屋資訊太過密集時，會有點難按。
